The email address carries the most weight
The confirmation link is sent to the address you enter, and the same address receives password resets. A typing error therefore blocks two functions at once. If the link does not arrive, look in the junk folder, check the spelling you used, and then write to our live chat, which is open at any hour. A second registration is not the remedy for a typing error, because we apply the rule of one account per person.
Name and age
Verification compares the name on the account with the name on your identity document, so enter the name exactly as printed there. If you use a short form of your first name in daily life, enter the full legal form here, because a shortened name is a common cause of a mismatch. Blurred images, expired documents and an address that differs from the one on the account are the usual reasons for a second request.
Preparing documents: practical checks
Photograph or scan each document on a flat, well-lit surface.
Keep every edge of the document in the frame.
Check that the document is current and the name matches the account.
Use the same address on the account and on the proof of address.
For a payment card, show only what identifies it and cover the rest.
Payment ownership at the first deposit
Every payment method used on the account must be in your own name, for deposits and withdrawals alike. A withdrawal is paid back to the method used for the deposit, so choose at the first payment the method you wish to use for payouts.
The welcome package from the first deposit
